Michael has conducted over 1,000 Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessments, asbestos surveys, and environmental cleanups on a wide variety of properties including retail outlets, dry cleaners, greenspaces, industrial facilities, residential construction sites, gas stations, farmlands, cattle ranches, historic buildings, sawmills, and gold mines. He hires, trains, and manages staff, reviews all AAI reports, and works closely with clients.

Jeremy brings over six years experience with remedial design, implementation, and management to his position at AAI. Prior to joining AAI, Jeremy focused on innovative remediation solutions for complex environmental sites in Colorado. He also has environmental experience in the oil and gas field.

Ruby interned at AAI while pursuing an international studies degree at University of Oregon, and is our newest project manager. An experienced researcher and technical writer, Ruby also generates maps, diagrams, and photos for reports.
Ruby graduated Magna cum laude from the Clark Honors College at University of Oregon, and spent a year in Jordan studying Arabic and the local culture while pursuing her degree. She has conducted dozens of environmental reports over the past 4 years, and is well-versed in the Phase 1 ESA report process. She also assists with Phase 2 ESA logistics and fieldwork.
